Q. How are gifts to the JDM Fund tax-deductible?
A. The JDM Fund for Mitochondrial Research exists in partnership with the Community Foundation of Dutchess County. Q. Who benefits from the money that is donated?
A. 100% of your donation is going directly into the hands of lead researchers in the field of mitochondrial medicine who are working tirelessly to find a cure. Not one penny of the donations contributed will be used for salaries, overhead, legal fees, paper supplies, etc. Not many charities these days can guarantee full distribution of their donations. When you donate to the JDM fund, you can feel good about asking, “where is my money really going?”

Q. How much money has been raised so far?
A. To date, the Fund has raised approximately $750,000!
